My order arrived on time. But the product is different than the pictures in the ad. What i got was a cheap, flimsy plastic knife sharpener that will break if much pressure is applied. And definitely not what the site shows.

It took way too long for this to come in after I ordered it. Now that I have it, I see that it’s pretty much as expected, but I hoped for more. I’ve never been very skilled at sharpening knives, so I have to admit I was hoping this would be foolproof enough that even I could make it work. Either I’m doing something wrong or this just doesn’t work

Package was flimsy thin (a flimsy plastic bag as box was transit damaged ) contents inside was also broken, which honestly was a manufacturer defect of quality control. I have already written to the company for a full replacement or even a refund.

It took at least a month maybe a month and a half to get it. Then when it came, it came with no instructions.
