Fast shipping Accurate address Order correct Highly recommend them to you.

The customer service department kept me updated with where the product was located through out the entire time it was out of the country. My only complaint if I had known it was going to take so long I would have ordered a book in the US and had it within a week. I had no idea the book was in Hungary and had to go through customs.

My order arrived on time. But the product is different than the pictures in the ad. What i got was a cheap, flimsy plastic knife sharpener that will break if much pressure is applied. And definitely not what the site shows.

It took a super long time for these drain plugs to arrive, by the time they arrived the need was almost lost. That being said I would have happily held onto them for future use, however the box arrived bent and the items inside were damaged. I have been contacting the company via email as I would like a full refund and a shipping label to return them. No response I have sent over 4 emails, still nothing. I think they are hoping I will forget , however my husband won’t, so now it’ll have to be daily harassment. As if I have time for that. In the end, poor quality and poor customer service. Buyer beware!!!!

Everything went well.

Received the wrong item

I ordered. I paid. They delivered. I received

Took a while for the product to arrive. The package was intact. Cute bells but don't ring as loud as advertised.
