It took too long to get this product. If I knew it came from China, I wouldnt have ordered it.

The process to order us easy however the origin of the product- China… is very complicated and takes almost 8 weeks to receive. Won’t order again

Took too long to receive product

Shipping was fast and the shipping updates were almost daily. The bits I received appear to be used or maybe I'm wrong but it definitely looks like old packaging,

Collagen Plumping Balm took 2 wks to arrive. I've used it 3 days. The stick tugs and pulls on the skin when gliding on face. So far I've not noticed a difference. I'll given it a week and report back :)

The products looks pretty good. Unfortunately I needed it way before it arrived. I ended up having to buy something else prior to receiving my shipment.

Take To Long For Item To Arrive!

Being computer illiterate, i do not know how to take a photo and send to your email ! Other than that my experience is just fine
