I am a return customer to Leibish & Co.I have had a great experience with Ari in my first purhcase approx 12 months ago. So, when choosing 2 similar size and coloured pinks for my 2 daughters, i had no hesitation in using them again. There were many times of indecision and Ari guided me through the process with the parameters and more importantly the budget that i was working with. The packaging is beautiful to reflect the product and also the company. I have no hesitation in recommending Leibish & Co for fancy coloured diamond purchases.

Great service from beginning to delivery. I was nervous about wiring the money but all worked out. The sipment was easily tracked and verified. Two day delivery to the US.

When my fiance to be told me she wanted a canary diamond engagement ring, I knew it wasn't going to be as easy to find as a standard diamond. Leibish & Co. has a very easy to navigate website with the best inventory selection and information about colored diamonds I could find anywhere online. They also had the best pricing that I could find online. Local retailers had little to no selection on colored diamonds, and what they did have was over-priced and of lesser quality than the stones in Leibish &Co. inventory. Other online colored diamond sellers had less information, lower quality photos, and I even found some with the same stones as Leibish for a higher price. After creating a profile and bookmarking some favorite stones, I was contacted by Meira, one of their account executives, who was more than helpful through the buying process and answered all of my questions. The entire experience was zero pressure, and they gave me a great deal on the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. Delivery time was as expected, and included all GIA documentation and a full appraisal of the ring's value. I would highly recommend Leibish & Co. to anyone looking to purchase a fancy colored diamond or jewelery.

Leibish & Co. is a great source for finding your colored diamond of choice. Their selection is large, and is restocked regularly. The main sell is the videos. I've found those videos to be extremely helpful for picking the right diamond. Furthermore, if there is no video, you can request they upload one and they will do it. Their client support is amazing. I had the opportunity to work one of their account executives, Jason Roskind, who was extremely attentive to my preferences and assisted in calling out all the qualities I was looking for. He also helped to procure additional photos when I needed more perspective. He showed that he cared from beginning to end.

It seemed to me beeing quite risky to buy a fancy stone online - for a D color IF stone with GIA certificate you just need to look on the price .. but how to judge a coloured stone when you can't see it in reality ? Now I can say that I found exactly what I wanted, thanks to the perfect presentation by Leibish. Thank you Meira for your great assistance !

From start to finish, the experience when dealing with Leibish & Co was amazing. The speed and response time was truly impressive and not only that, they had my perfect yellow diamond which was exactly what I had in mind and then made my ring exactly to my expectations. They shared photo's during the manufacturing process but nothing prepared me for seeing the real thing. It took my breath away!

I contacted Leibish to have a custom yellow diamond engagement ring made. They assigned me a single point of contact (Meira), which was fantastic, rather than the larger companies that queue you into a customer service pool. Meira was tremendous! I gave her a general idea of what I was looking for and she started by sending over examples of past rings they had made. I picked a general design and then sent her additional changes. She was able to provide me a 3D rendering in various angles of the ring, which made me much more comfortable in understanding what the final product would look like. She sent various stone options to choose from based on my budget. The ring took only two weeks to craft and arrived at my office. Although the stone I chose was beautiful, I decided I wanted a deeper yellow stone. She was incredibly accommodating and immediately instructed me to send the ring to her New York office. We then 'shopped' for more stones and I chose a few that I liked. She sent them to her NY office so that I could see them in person. I also had a last minute resizing as I misjudged my finance's ring size. They were able to turn around the new stone and the resizing in a couple days in time for my surprise engagement. I could not have asked for a better experience. I spent a fair amount of time looking and talking to other companies and I can confidently say that if I had not chosen to go with Leibish I would have never been able to see my vision for her ring come to fruition.
