I found this website when I was searching for a unique piece of jewellry for our Daughter's 21st Birthday present- something that would be truly memorably and always worn no matter what age. Everything on the Leibish & Co website was just beautiful but we finally settled on a lovely yellow diamond necklace. I admit I felt nervous as I had never purchased jewellry online before, but based on the reviews that I had read, I decided to proceed. I was put in touch with Amir from Leibish, and he couldnt have been more helpful and supportive. He truly understood the importance and the excitement behind this gift and made every effort for it to arrive in time. Once the necklace arrived, we were absolutely delighted and it did look just like on the website. Our Daughter loves it and wears it with Pride. I am more than happy to recomend Leibish to other clients and intend to purchase from them again in the future. The experience working with Meira from Leibish on the designs has been above and beyond what I would expect from any store. Polite, fast feedback and always made me feel I was the most important customer she had (and I know transactions much bigger then mine is probably more common). Also when we went to pick up the jewelry you really felt the warmth of the office everybody was coming to say hello and see the what had been made. I am myself working in the luxury business with customer experience and the feeling of being treated this professional to me stands out as the exact thing I want my companys customers to feel. I am now a second time buyer a year later- this time a gorgeous pink diamond pendant! I've never bought a piece of jewelry online let alone one that cost as much as a car! It is a very scary thought and I did a lot of reading and researching. So many sites out there offer FCD but they seem...less than legit. I saw Leibish recommended so many times as THE place for FCD that I felt comfortable in looking there. Once I started asking them questions, I felt confident that this was the place. Amir was so kind and patient in answering all of my MANY questions and in helping me choose the right diamond. I kept asking for his opinion about this diamond and that one and after what felt like a very stressful and difficult decision, I feel I made the right choice. I never once felt pressure to make an immediate decision or to put money down or to buy which I really appreciated. Not only that, but Amir did not always recommend the most expensive stone when I would present several for him to advise me on. That was to me a very big indication that they are here to help me make the best decision and not just sell me a diamond. He also didn't make me feel bad that I was not investing $50,000 plus and that what my budget was was still my hard earned money and he wanted to help me make the right choice. Then came the design process. I didn't want something that everyone else had, I had a vision of what I wanted loosely based on a design I saw on their site but with several customizations. They were able to accommodate all that I wanted in my design and an extremely affordable price! Their custom ring setting cost less than my engagement setting did (which was not custom made) and my custom design is a large carat weight in diamonds! My anniversary was quickly approaching and I hoped to have to ready in time but did not know if they could make it happen. Amir and Mali assured me they would do their very best to make it happen. And happen it did! It arrived to the US west coast from Israel in 2 days!!! It got here on Friday and my anniversary was Saturday! I was so thrilled. And when it arrived (I had only seen a top down view of my ring as they didn't have time to do more photos as they wanted to get it shipped ASAP) I was thrilled to see that every detail I had imagined had not only been incorporated into my ring but it exceeded my expectations and what I saw in my mind! I just couldn't be happier with my ring and am already thinking of what I would like to do next! And I most definitely will be buying my future FCD and custom jewelry from Leibish!

Mother and I have finally received the stone after some coordination. All we can say is that this purchase has earned our complete trust in Leibish & Co. Despite the initial miscommunication, the account executive, Meira, have always been very helpful throughout this whole experience. Meira has taken away my worries of purchasing these higher value items online as well. With all the stories of scams and trickery, it is hard not to think negatively of purchases online. Yet, shopping online with Leibish & co. is not only safe but it gave us something we can never get at a physical store - the relaxation of having a private viewing of all the stones without feeling rushed by eager sales representatives. As for the diamond... Even though it is a known fact that diamond is a very common stone found on Earth, colour diamonds are quite different in a way that they connect with individuals at a more personal level. This stone did just that for both my mother and I. The stone brought back tons of memories for my mother of her childhood. I am so happy to see my mother smile so sweetly. She was admiring the stone and telling me stories for hours. This is already well beyond the price of the stone itself.

Leibish & Co. Of Tel Aviv is a great place to go if you are interested in purchasing a fancy colored diamond. They are extremely knowledgable, have an extensive inventory, and fair pricing. I just purchased two canary diamonds from Leibish. As a complete novice, I needed to feel comfortable. And I did. Ari Forman of Leibish was tremendously helpful and easy to deal with. I feel that I got a great deal on some very fine stones. Leibish also did an excellent job of fabricating earrings with these stones.

I received my custom pink diamond wedding band today and it's beyond words beautiful and true craftsmanship! I love it and worth the wait for the right size stones to arrive. Throughout both purchases, a fancy light green-blue diamond stone and a pink diamond ring, Ari was wonderful. Meira stepped during Ari's vacation and was equally a delightful to work with. There is customer service, then there is customer service and Leibish & Co. is second to none. Doing business over the internet and through email can be intimidating, but they both made it easy, comfortable and gained my trust right away. I can't thank them enough for all their patience, time they spent educating me, their timely responses and all their help over the last few months. I wish to thank the team at Leibish for their outstanding support throughout the purchase of a Pink Argyle, I learned of Leibish via the internet and was sceptical initially and throughout the process, however they were extremely patient and satisfied all of my concerns through continuous communication and over several weeks my confidence grew to the point of purchasing a beautiful Pink Argyle Diamond. Upon arrival I was immediately impressed by the way the stone was presented in a lovely case complete with certificates, I consequently had the diamond professionally appraised locally and they walked me through the assessment process verifying my purchase of a unique item.

I purchased a pink and blue heart diamond ring for my wife for Christmas. This was my first experiencing buying fancy colored diamonds, so suffice to say I was a little nervous. The ring arrived EXACTLY as shown on the website, capturing the colors of the stones exactly! It came packaged beautifully in a box that also included all of the GIA certs as well as the requested appraisal. My wife absolutely loves the ring. Her only complaint is that it is so beautiful and so elegant that it makes the rest of her (very expensive) diamond jewelry look plain by comparison. I have to agree. The ring is exquisite to a point that it is not just jewelry, it is art. From the time the price was agreed to the day I received the ring, I was in contact with Johanna nearly every day with an update. The ring had to be shipped from the Hong Kong office to the main office in Israel to be resized (free), and then there was a customs strike in Israel that unexpected delayed the shipment. Normally this would make someone that just wired a very large amount of money to a foreign country nervous, especially so close to Christmas, but Johanna did everything she could to allay any fears I had. Despite her being in Israel, I received very prompt responses -- even at times of the day that I would have considered unreasonable (afternoon for me, 2-3 am for her!). So, bottom line: this ring is a one-of-a-kind treasure and will one day be an heirloom in my family. The price was excellent for such a unique piece with diamonds of this quality, and the customer service exceeded my very-high expectations. I will definitely purchase from Leibish again in the future!!
