Leibish & Co.Reviews of leibish.com

I was researching yellow diamond engagement rings when I came across Leibish's website. The site is very easy to navigate through, it has various search options, and the diamond selection was the best i found online. After I selected a diamond and setting, the order was made and the the ring arrived at the stated 20 business days. I'm impressed with the overall experience, and not to mention the ring is beautiful and the craftsmanship is amazing!

I had a really good experience shopping for a loose yellow diamond online. The company website is great! I learn a lot about color diamonds and selection of loose diamonds was a pretty wide. Sandy made the experience very pleasant and easy going. He helped me to pick a right stone and dilevery was super fast. His customer service was excellent! He was a very knowledgable, attentive, patient and honest! Thank you very much, Sandy! Keep up the great work! Highly recommend to anyone!

Who doesn't want to save money? We all know the local jewelry store is laughing to the bank with their markup and Costco is really only a option for ring size 6-8 due to their standard size 7 policy, so where to turn? After doing your research, you are probably going to turn to Leibish for a multitude of reasons. Amazing website, high quality photo and video, unmatched customer service, decent prices and even the occasional sales. Tips I learned 1) They have access to all the stones you see online. So if you can't decide between a few, they can take a photo of them together for comparison. 2) Not in a hurry? You can buy, then delay shipping until the coast is clear. Best of all, if a better option comes online, you can always switch stones hassle free. 3) They have access to amazing jewelry designers who can advice you on the colour or type of setting even if you are doing it independently 4) Wait for the sales which seems to happen every month of so. Thinking outside the box in terms of colour and shape can lower your costs significantly if you can get a clearance stone. Check out their sold jewelry section for inspiration.

They care and it shows. Sandy took my call on a holiday weekend and reserved a stone I wanted to buy after hours. He personally called me and kept me informed every step of the way from purchase to receipt. I got a stunning stone, that fit my setting perfectly and I really could not be more pleased.GIA cert, checked out and the stone was even inscribed with the cert number - a nice touch, and adds peace of mind. (They really do think of everything.) I would use them again and I would recommend them to my friends. They were awesome and excellent!

This is my first time ever purchasing diamond online. I was hesitate and nervous, but it turned out a really pleasant experience. And the success relied on two factors: one, leibish provides good quality colored diamonds with reasonable price -- and I'm especially impressed by their large inventory; two, the sales representative Aviva provided the best service I have ever had -- she honestly is the main reason I finally decided to trust a website I have never dealt with and made the purchase. Not like most sales people out there who always try to find out what you seem to like better and push you that direction, Aviva gave honest and straightforward comments on diamonds. She would tell me "I like this diamond because...", or "I don't like that one because...". it's hard to judge the subtle color differences just by a couple online pictures, which made her honest opinions the key for the decision making. I ended up got a lovely yellow diamond. I really appreciate the work of Aviva, and all the Leibish people that made it happen! If there were more than 5 stars, I would not hesitate to give it to Aviva and Leibish!

I have just purchased a small diamond from Leibish & Co. This is my first experience in this market, but with the pleasant and excellent guidance from Meira Ovadia the task was a pleasure. The diamond I received was just what I was looking for.
