I was looking for a 2-ct fancy yellow diamond and went through a lot of online jewelers until I found Leibish.com. I very much liked the design of the website and felt it was more legit than the others. Also saw some scam websites that had very cheap yellow diamonds that almost didn't make sense. Since this is a big ticket item, I was still skeptical about buying it online. I did some research and saw a lot of good reviews on trustpilot, also some articles on forbes.com figuring forbes wouldn't publish articles about fake/scam jewelers. Rest assured, I started searching for the perfect diamond on Leibish. When I had some questions regarding the yellow diamond, Sandy chatted with me and gave me a lot of good suggestions. He seemed very professional, and knew what he was talking about. Later I talked to him on the phone and let him know what I was looking for and so on. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I finally decided on a diamond of his suggestions and asked for a customized design for the engagement ring and matching wedding band. We went back and forth with the design department, and the whole process was very smooth. In the end, I was presented with the exact design I was looking for, and signed the price quote. It took roughly about a month for them to finish the rings, which was normal. When he told me the rings were on the way to new york office, I didn't expect to see it within three days! When I opened the box, they were just so gorgeous and beautiful. The center piece glitters and shines a lot more than the photos I saw online. It was just stunning. Literally, this fancy yellow looks way better than the fancy intense diamond you see at Tiffany's counters with all those crazy lightings that could deceive you. Compared with the fancy yellow I have from Tiffany's, this piece outshines a lot more, and for sure way better quality. I felt extremely happy and they are definitely worth the money I paid for. In a word, the diamond, the design and the craftsmanship are impeccable. Sandy, who actually is VP, Sales helped me so much and I really appreciate everything that he's done for me from the beginning till the end. I would definitely recommend Leibish.com to all my friends who are looking for colored diamonds and I will for sure purchase from Leibish.com again!

I first got in touch with my personal consultant when I selected the option to contact a diamond expert at the bottom of the webpage. Usually there would be a chat function but due to time difference, I'm usually browsing outside of Leibish's working hours. The query will automatically be sent to Leibish and typically I would get a reply on my email within the next couple of hours. I had a wonderful experience with the lady who helped me through the whole process. Response from her was very quick and we kept in constant communication for a couple of weeks as I wanted to be sure on what I'll be purchasing. She would provide her personal opinion to help me determine the right choice of ring as well as sizing of the ring. She helps make comparisons and would sometimes explain using layman terms to simplify technical jargon, making sure it's easy for you to understand what she is trying to describe. She was able to explain to me in perfect detail everything I asked. I bought my ring with a tight deadline and she was able to commit to the date as promised before I finalized payment. She gave clear cut payment instruction complete with bank details and PayPal options. Return policy was spelled out giving buyers a peace of mind knowing that there is a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. When the ring was ready to be shipped, I was notified with tracking number details. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Leibish. So I have to give a huge amount of praise and credit to Mali! She was by far the best consultant I've ever had! Not only was she knowledgeable of all of her inventory but she was also very helpful when I asked her opinion on several diamonds. One of the best qualities of my experience with this company, Mali in particular, was the timeliness of absolutely everything. My emails were usually answered withing the hour with accurate, helpful and extremely friendly advice. The fact that she was able to answer every single question that I had (and there were a lot) and was so nice about everything was truly refreshing! I did some careful research before ordering the tiny little diamond and band I had fallen in love with. I was still a bit nervous about purchasing a diamond over the internet, but the whole process from start to finish turned out to be exceptional. Amir was wonderful to work with. After a lot of researching online retailers for jewellery, I made the decision to go with Leibish. Mostly due to their selection, high quality of pictures of the diamonds and the GIA cetification that comes with almost all their diamonds. Any doubts I had was quickly allayed by the first class customer service. Any questions are quickly answered and helpful advice provided. On receiving the ring I couldn't be more happy with the final piece. Would highly recommend the company!
