Leibish & Co.Reviews of leibish.com

I called Sandy late at night and left a message. He called back and helped me choose a yellow intense stone. Sandy helped me through the entire process until I received the stone and even afterwards. He was available for any questions at all times. Sandy is very knowledgeable about diamonds and was honest and genuinely interested in helping get an excellent quality diamond. I have no hesitation consulting Sandy again and buying from Leibish again. They were very straightforward and not once did I ever fear of being duped or fear of any substandard quality. The ring is stunningly beautiful and coming from me, that is a tall order. Thank you, Sandy, and your team.

empresa totalmente confiable con un servicio al cliente excepcional, tuve la oportunidad de adquirir ahí un anillo desde el proceso de selección de la piedra y no podría mejorar nada en el proceso . . . supero completamente mis expectativas

Ben was very easy to work with. He was responsive, patient and helpful. I had a small purchase but I was not treated any differently. His customer service is excellent and I hope to work with him again in the future.

I loved the web site and the diamonds being shown. However, I was apprehensive making a large purchase over the internet with a foreign company. Ben M. change all that for me. He was superb in his communication, and giving me the confidence to make the purchase. I would recommend Leibish to all my friends looking for exceptional diamonds. Ben, thank you for all your help.

I was in the market for a colored diamond and visited a number of different web sites. I was somewhat skeptical of making a major purchase without seeing the gem stone in person. After reading some of the reviews of previous customers I felt more comfortable and actually reviewed the diamonds Leibish had to offer an narrowed it down to 4 different stones. I needed additional help at this point and called to talk to an expert. Sandy did an outstanding job of walking me through the pluses and minuses of each stone and based on that I narrowed it down to one. He also took the time to explain how the purchase process would work. There was no pressure to purchase, just an open conversation. after a few days of thinking it over I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Sandy walked me through the process and tracked the shipping detail until the diamond was delivered to my door. The entire process took less than a week!! I would recommend Leibish & Co to anyone and will use them again in the future when in the market for another diamond.

Sandy, This email is to let you know my diamond searching days are over, the diamond is georgous. Thanks so much for all the diamond advice and patient you had with me. I finally have an engagement ring with a yellow stone, and I love it. Your kinder spirit made my diamond searching more pleasurable. Thanks, Evelyn Harris

This company has the best customer service. I delt with Efi. He contacted me because I had problems checking out. He gave me great advice and I changed the stone I was going to purchase and I am glad I did for the reasons he gave. (I am a beginner) This company came highly recommended by my brother who does all his business with Leibish. I am planning a few more purchases with Efi. The stone arrived in a beautiful box just 2 days after ordering! The diamond is BEAUTIFUL. I trust Leibish and Efi and love the quality colored diamonds they sell.

I found a great company to deal with in every aspect. I must say they value their customers and responding to any queries promptly and politely. I would recommend this company to everyone.
