With my 30th anniversary being celebrated this year, I knew the traditional gift was pearl, HOWEVER, the modern gift is diamond. I have wanted a yellow diamond ring for probably the last 20 years. I did the research I could locally, everything pretty much out of my reach budget wise and I wasn't impressed with the inventory. After spending a considerable amount of time looking online - deciding what I wanted and exactly how to shop for colored diamonds, there was only one choice to be made - Buy from Leibish & Co. There is full disclosure on all of their products, stones and jewelry alike. It was important to me that the stone have a GIA certification - giving me the fine details of the center stone, and the photos and videos helped me finalize my decision. I worked with Amir Fogel to make the final decision about whether to go with a stone and mounting or a ring available to purchase. He was always informative, ready to answer my questions, even getting a photograph of a woman's hand with one of the stones on it so I could gauge size and color. I ended up going with the ring. Although we had a bit of a back and forth about getting it properly sized, due to the bezel setting of the stones on the sides it was important it be done by their master jewelers. He kept in touch with me the whole time,(even through the birth of his son) and assured me of the process. When the ring was ready I even got a call from the NY office with the final shipping information. Everything about the experience from inquiring, to ordering, to sizing, to shipping was professional and of course once I received the gorgeous packaging with MY RING inside, I was over the moon. It is exactly what I hoped for and more. I would send anyone looking for the perfect colored diamond to Leibish & Co. Please don't hesitate!

At first it is easy to be skeptical of spending thousands of dollars for a product online, especially a product that you may be unfamiliar with (engagement ring). Fortunately, Yossi (I just realized he was the CEO of the company) provided the best customer service I have ever had. He answered questions,concerns, and even helped me with the price, a bit more than what was already deducted. He was able to expedite my order so my holidays plans were not spoiled. Out of curiosity I had a similar (lesser quality) ring priced at a jewlery store near me and the price was significantly more. The ring is beautiful and I am now a lifelong customer. I recently bought a engagement ring from leibish. I must be honest, I have trust issues. To send a large amount of money to someone and receive what you are promised now a days doesnt happen very often with all the scams going on. I worked with Ben and Gina at Leibish. They were very patient as they walked me through my options and explaining the buying and shipping processes. This is a strange story, but illustrates the superb customer service of Amir Fogel and Avivva Spots and the other Leibish folks I have worked with. In 2013, I purchased a lovely .24 ct argyle pink stone in a halo setting. It was a lifelong dream of mine to make such a purchase. The purchase was easy- Leibish is a well organized outfit. They asked me what I was looking for and what my price range is, sent me some photos and certs for diamonds in my price range, and offered suggestions for mountings that would help highlight and enhance the color. In the end I picked a stone and ordered and received a ring in short order. I was quite pleased with my purchase. It was a little over 30 days later when my oil burner died in my house, and I had nowhere to go to get funds. I contacted Leibish about selling the diamond back to them, and even though it was past their return policy number of days, they happily agreed to take the diamond back for a small fee. It was such a relief that I was able to return the diamond, and such a wonderful thing for Leibish to do; they certainly were not obligated to do something so terrific for a customer! Over the next 3 years, I occasionally peeked at their site, checking out their stones and jewelry. I also got back on my feet financially. So I inquired about the "Cyber Monday" prices this past Thanksgiving. It turned out that my very diamond ring was still in stock! Thanks to the big sales, Amir offered the diamond to me for a lower price than I had originally paid. I jumped at the chance, and now I am sitting in my living room, wearing my lovely bubblegum pink diamond ring. I would highly recommend Liebish for anyone who is looking for colored diamonds of all kinds and all price ranges. The purchase experience is every bit as wonderful as the jewelry.

I have to say, considering that I only had pictures and reviews to work off of and that the company is in Israel, making the decision to work with this company was very stressful. However, after gaining contact with Ben and his team they relieved every worry that I had. Everything from the selection process, the design and fabrication of the ring was very smooth. Ben constantly kept in contact via email and would sometimes even call me to discuss updates regrading the ring fabrication. I was under pressure to have to ring completed in a specified time and even with the adjustment that I requested, I was still able to receive my ring (in hand) on time. I would most definitely work with this company in any future jewelry purchase. Thank you again Ben, Jean and all that were involved in process.
