I am surprised by all of bad comments, I picked my own lawyer and gave them my member number I got my trust set up and my wills done along with the power of attorney. I never got a bill. I also used customer service, and she was wonderful at explaining how the program worked. I would defiantly recommend this company

I find it funny on all of the nagitive reviews on here about Metlife. These people more than likely didn't read their plan and tried to get an attorney to do something that wasn't in the plan. Ive uses metlife to file for bankruptcy, property line disputes and debt collections and have had all good experiences. The plan has high level attorneys like Juris Doctors and so on. I highly recommend this plan. If you dont use it, keep it because you never know when you will need an attorney.

I've seen some bad reviews, but I've had nothing but very positive experiences. I have used Hyatt Legal Plan for two real estate transactions, one property tax assessment inquiry, and help drafting a Will for my wife and myself. For the $20/mo the plan costs, it has quite literally saved me thousands of dollars. I'm talking probably about $6000 on the real estate transactions alone. I have no idea what a Will costs, but I'd imagine it's very expensive as well. I was concerned that since I was using the equivalent of "Legal Insurance" that I might not get much attention or crappy network of attornies... not the case! Everyone has been super helpful and responsive. I haven't had much direct interaction with the actual company, but my services have all been covered, and if they aren't (like fighting a parking ticket), they'll let you know before you begin the process. 5 stars!
