The focus and content of the presentation. Also, I can usu count on Vicki's keeping at the forefront the principles of legal nurse consulting and not let us "go down a rabbit hole". I can "count" on that focus and appreciate it. It's why I chose her program.

Great experience, the instructor was very interactive and really attempts to guide the novice entrepreneur to success. The guided learning modules were great to grasp the role/responsibilities and the follow-on interviews with Nurses that are well experienced in the field really added value and clarified information viewed in the videos.

Jeanette is always available to answer questions and follows up quickly. She is pleasant and has a great memory of previous conversations! She helped me a year ago with onboarding to the program and helped me recently with re-certification questions. I have referred a few nursing colleagues to speak with Jeanette.

Navigating the program was a challenge from my IPad, and I didn’t realize there were more programs to watch after I was certified. The workflow could have been explained better. I am struggling for months to get an attorney client, for months now, even though I have been marketing. For the money I paid, it seems other programs are willing to connect me with clients better. I loved Vickie’s teaching, and we did learn a lot, but I’m left with no work despite intense study and no calls.
