It was very interesting
It was very interesting, but it was a lot of material. I dare say I spent more than 40 hours on it.
Response from LegalNurse.comMay 15, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, Michelle. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with the CLNC® Certification Program. The program is designed to provide comprehensive training and preparation for the role of a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, so there is a significant amount of material covered throughout the course. Many students find that the time invested helps build the confidence and knowledge needed to work with attorney-clients and navigate this nursing specialty successfully. We’re glad you found the material interesting and wish you continued success in your CLNC® journey.

Constructive feedback
Subtitles should be optional for lectures because some words, like “intentional torture” and “intentional thought,” sound similar. It would also be helpful to have a review of incorrect answers to help reinforce learning. Overall, it’s a very educational resource.

Thanks very much for the feedback, Edith. We are continually updating the content so we appreciate the suggestions and will look into them.

Vicki sold the company
I did not know Vicki sold the company. I think I would still have completed CLNC course thru Legal nurse, I would have liked to know up front. I think the videos are older and need to be updated. For example, how will AI affect CLNC business. I think the course was organized, detailed, and easy to follow. It is worth the money I paid for it. I have referred a friend of mine to the program..

Roxanne,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and thoughtful feedback.
We understand your comment regarding the ownership transition. LegalNurse.com was acquired January 1, 2020, and that change was communicated to our community at the time and continues to be disclosed on our website. While Vickie Milazzo remains involved as an independent education consultant, she is no longer part of the day-to-day operations or management of the business.
We’re glad to hear you found the CLNC® program organized, detailed, and easy to follow — and we truly appreciate your recommendation to a colleague.
Regarding your comments on AI, we agree this is an important and evolving topic. We’ve recently expanded our educational offerings to address this, including new webinars focused on AI in legal nurse consulting and updates to our research module, with continued enhancements planned including a second one-hour webinar on AI in January.
Thank you again for your feedback and for being part of the CLNC® community. We’re committed to continuously improving while preserving the educational foundation that has helped thousands of nurses succeed in legal nurse consulting.

I'm so happy and proud of completing…
I'm so happy and proud of completing and doing this course and am so happy to be part of this group and organization, but I just want to bring up that during our bi-monthly Webinars or group get togethers on Zoom the ambient noise, meaning open mics for people not speaking often make me not make it through the whole presentation. the neurodivergent world (which I'm part of) has issues with sounds that don't belong, so outside conversations while the speaker is speaking, or the speaker has their notifications going off during their talk. I wish there would be more awareness during our 90minute get togethers ..or a facilitator managing open mics on people not speaking and reminding volunteers or guest speakers to also turn off notifications on their devices (computers, etc) while they are presenting. it's not at all different if we were all in a conference room together, and a speaker would have a jiggle toy or tapping their fingers or a radio on during their presentation. I've not been able to attend OR even later watch/listen to the recorded webinars because it happens so often and is on the recording too.

Thank you for your feedback, Lisa. We appreciate your taking the time to share your positive experience with LegalNurse.com.
As you know we do our best to moderate the Zoom sessions. We will continue to ask everyone to stay muted unless they are speaking. We also instruct the presenters to silence any external devices that could disrupt the presentation.

I love the fact students have so much…
I love the fact students have so much support by being able to continue to access the resources on line, having someone to answer questions via email or telephone, having access to mentors. The webinars are great! My downside is, I always miss the webinars because I am on a different time zone and the webinars are usually during the time I am working. Lastly, I really did not like having to print all of the text books. The core textbook took me10 hours to print on my home printer. I don’t download to my computer because I like to write notes on pages. I would suggests the student could have the option of being able to purchase the materials.

The program was long but very…
The program was long but very informative. I like the fact that there is mentoring. I can't help but feel, when asking questions the answers received feel "guarded" like they don't give a "solid" answer, still leaving you feeling confused as to which direction to go. It could be just me as I am new to CLNC, not sure. Just how I feel.

Mentoring requests are most frequently responded to via email. Email eliminates phone tag and allows us to answer your questions in writing in a timely manner. If you prefer to speak to a CLNC® Mentor live, be sure to indicate that preference on the CLNC® Mentoring Request form.
