LegacyhandcraftReviews of legacyhandcraft.com

The quality of this wood along with the mounting brackets that were included was higher end compared to Urban Legacy's competitors. I would have definitely expected to pay shipping but that was free. Also, a shipping notification was sent on the next day for both of my orders so I received my shelves within two days. I also ordered a wrong size, emailed for a return and got a response with instructions on the very next day. Overall, my experience with this company was phenomenal and I highly recommend Urban Legacy for all of your made-to-ship wood and custom floating shelf orders!

Superb customer service. Thank you.

Beautiful shelves! Arrived quickly

I ordered 2 custom corner shelves from Urban Legacy and I am SO glad I did. The quality is superb and the measurements and finishes were exactly as discussed. These floating shelves tied my kitchen together and guests always 'ooh' and 'ahh' at them. The process was super easy thanks to Seth and team - the shelves even arrived ahead of schedule, beautifully packaged. So pleased and I look forward to ordering more shelves from Urban Legacy in the future!

I love these shelves. The reclaimed wood is beautiful and I like the dark finish.

Easy as pie!!! Ordering, receiving and installation. Even more beautiful in person. Love my shelves!!!!!!

Absolutely pleased with the product. Used the shelves in my kitchen. Great service. Product is exactly as described.

The shelves I ordered were exactly what I was as looking for. They arrived fast & the installation instructions were very helpful! Would order again!!
