Amazing customer service! I had a few questions and received a super quick response that was helpful, professional and personable. After placing my order, it was shipped same day and received it the day after that ( we aren't far from their location). And we absolutely LOVE our new shelves! We ordered 2 sets of the reclaimed barn wood shelves to create an L shape in our kitchen. They are exactly what I wanted for the space. I HIGHLY recommend this company, especially after having many issues with an Etsy business while trying to accomplish the same look with their shelves.

Received my 24" shelves yesterday and mounted them in no time today. Great quality and beautiful wood. Very positive experience! Just one simple suggestion: add a fold line to the mounting template for 24" shelves to make it easy to align from either end.

Great quality for a great price, easy and responsive communication, fast shipping. They even added a nice little custom element for me. Highly reccomend!

The customer service is amazing. Always responsive and kind. Top notch!!!

Overall great shopping experience. Quick response, great product, great communication. I would say the price is steep, and keeps me from buying more, but I love what I do have. The wood product is beautiful, and custom built to order.

Beautiful shelves and the mounting templet made hanging them so easy!

These are no doubt the best bang for your buck. Hung my new shelves last week install went perfect! Highly recommend....only wish product could be ordered in single shelf units.

All good. Only suggestion is to finish the cut ends of these shelves. I did it myself, but this is the kind of thing that I think a consumer paying this amount would expect to have done already.
