I ordered the wrong size shelves and had to return them. I am truly pleased with the professionalism and curtesy I was shown while working through the return. Both the wrong shelves and the correct ones were shipped and delivered in a timely fashion. The shelves are absolutely beautiful.

Hi Lisa, I just reached out to you via email, but also wanted to reply to your review. Like I said in my email, we had no idea that you were so frustrated with your order, and very much wish that we could have had the chance to make things right for you. We never want a customer to walk away feeling so frustrated! I offered some options in my email to get this taken care of for you, and I look forward to hearing from you soon! Kristi Update: Thank you for allowing us the chance to resolve this for you, Lisa!

The first set of shelves I ordered were a lot darker than I had wanted and they returned them without any hassle. Then, when I reordered they were exactly what I wanted. Super fast shipping!
