Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Feature bonuses are chance based, and there’s no guaranteed number of plays within which one will appear. Results can vary from session to session, and we hope you’ll consider the experience we provide beyond the outcome of a single session. One of ou biggest priorities is making our platform seamless and easy to use, with instant redemptions and support available 24/7 whenever you need us. We appreciate you giving us a try, and we hope your luck turns around. – Legacy Social Casino

We’d like to clarify that the additional amount mentioned is not an overcharge. A 3% processing fee applies to purchases and is clearly displayed as part of the total before the purchase is confirmed in the Purchase Summary, so players can review the full amount before completing the transaction. Regarding adding a payment method, if you’re referring to a small temporary authorization charge, this is used to verify the payment method and is refunded in full. It is not an additional purchase or charge retained by Legacy Social Casino. As for our game selection, we understand that preferences differ. We’re continuously expanding our library, and we appreciate the feedback on the selection currently available. If you believe you were charged an amount that does not match the total displayed at checkout, please contact our 24/7 Support team so we can review the specific transaction with you. — Legacy Social Casino Team

We’re sorry to hear how frustrating your experience in the Fish Games was, especially after such a long session without the results you were hoping for. Fish Games are chance-based, and outcomes can vary significantly from one session to another. There is no guarantee that a particular character will be defeated based on the number of shots or players targeting it, and rewards are determined by the game mechanics rather than being guaranteed to the player dealing the most damage. We’d also like to clarify that the Buddha character is designed to stop increasing at x500, as this is its maximum possible multiplier. Reaching x500 does not mean the character is guaranteed to be defeated at that point. That said, we take concerns about gameplay seriously. If you believe something wasn’t working as intended during your session, please reach out to our 24/7 Support team with the game name and approximate time of play so the session can be reviewed. — Legacy Social Casino Team

All games on Legacy Casino operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, meaning every spin and game outcome is independently generated and cannot be influenced or predetermined. Because of this, results can vary significantly from one session to another. We also appreciate your feedback regarding our game selection. We're continuously expanding our library by adding new providers and games to give players even more variety. If you'd like us to review your experience or if you have any questions, our 24/7 Support team is always happy to help. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. — Legacy Casino Team

Thank you for the feedback - please note that our recent rebrand was primarily cosmetic. The main change was updating the names of our virtual currencies to align with industry-standard terminology, as many new customers found the previous Credits, Entries, and winnings structure confusing. The overall gameplay experience and functionality remain the same. The games, mechanics, and gameplay experience remain unchanged. Our games also operate under strict RNG (Random Number Generator) standards and verified mathematical models to ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance for operation.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear you're not enjoying the recent updates. We'd like to clarify that the recent changes were limited to the visual presentation and graphics of the game. The game mechanics, odds, and potential payouts were not changed. All of our games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and the underlying mathematics that determine outcomes remain unchanged. While we understand that changes to a game's look and feel can impact the overall experience, the gameplay itself continues to function exactly as it did before. We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share it with our team as we continue to improve the player experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating blackjack can feel when the dealer seems to catch every card and avoid busting in situations where you expect them to. All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), and neither the dealer's cards nor the results are manipulated. Because each hand is independent, it's possible to experience streaks that feel unusual or unlikely, even though the game is operating as intended. We appreciate you sharing your concerns and will pass your feedback along to our team. We want all players to feel confident that our games are fair and transparent.
