Ordered a pair of jeans and they didn’t fit. Took me three hours on the phone, my way Bill would not be accepted. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, will never order again.

I echo Steven's comments. I'm retired and have bought many pairs of shorts from Lee thru department stores. My recent order is not even close to what I ordered and they want to charge me C$25 to return them. I will never buy anything from Lee again. I already shredded their $15.00 dollars off my next order coupon. Ed

Ive worn lee jeans for 35 years and never had an issue, most pairs lasting for 5 years or more (work and commuting by motorcycle so testing conditions). I recently brought two pairs for leisure wear as I am now retired and all i can say is never again. Thin material, vegan label for some inexplicable reason and within a month both pairs had torn around the top corners of the pockets at the rear. Long vertical tears, unsalvageable.binned them and now looking for another brand.

HORRIBLE company! Ordered two pairs of pants- didn't fit, but for $8+ FOR EACH PAIR to ship back . nope, it'll make too much sense to ship as one package, I can print off labels and buy packaging to go to UPS and send them. Ok, probably aound $20 to send pants back that didn't fit?!?!? I spaced off sending them and asked customer service to send labels so I can get rid of these pants that are useless to me. I'll spend the money, I guess. Nope, outside the window. I'm stuck with these stupid pants! I beg everyone: go through Amazon. MUCH better return policy! Screw this company- I'm so pissed!

I am here to rate the jeans itself, I actually bought these in store, and I have to say, I'm impressed. When they are worn out the are very soft, which is my favorite type of jeans, they also provide a lot of support!! This is not AI btw!

No gastes dinero en esta marca. Aproveché a comprar en Hot Sale (2026, México) con precios más bajos para probar la marca y porque recordaba que hace muchos años era de cierto renombre. Compré una camisa (enviaron una talla más chica que la que pedí) algunos jeans (de hecho seleccioné sin querer 2 unidades de uno, en seguida me contacté por correo para ver si se podía anular 1 porque fue un error y aún ni preparaban el pedido, y jamás me contestaron), y una chamarra. Me enviaron el pedido. Ni bien llegó noté que los jeans eran demasiado chicos (a pesar de pedir una talla más grande de la que suelo pedir en otras marcas reconocidas), encima tenía uno de más que no quería desde un comienzo y enviaron una camisa más pequeña de la que pedí. Intenté contactarlos por correo, no respondían, usé Facebook, me respondieron al principio que revisarían el caso, esperé varios días, y luego desapareció la página de Facebook. Entonces los contacté por Instagram, se demoraron para decirme que lo revisarían. Unos 15 días después, cuando ya había pasado el Hot Sale, me dijeron que la única forma que tienen de devolver es que me dan un crédito para usarlo en la misma página de ellos. Se tardaron muchísimos días más y muchos mensajes de insistencia en darme una guía de devolución. Al intentar buscar alguna otra prenda que pudiera interesarme, vi que las opciones son bastante limitadas, considerando que no puedo comprar jeans porque no sé cómo vayan a quedar. Me parece pésimo que te obliguen a comprar algo a fuerza cuando te mandan tallas diferentes a las que pides y que tengas que elegir entre prendas que no te gustan para no perder el dinero. Además, tuve que volver a pagar un envío de 150 pesos adicionales para poder usar el reembolso. Primera y última vez que les compro.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service and shipping! Fed Ex gives a date package will be delivered then it sits and sits at their warehouse and is never delivered and Lee customer service does nothing but tell me to wait. I've waited long enough! Do your job and get me my order or send me another one. I'm never buying from these incompetent idiots again.

STOP PUTTING SPANDEX IN LEE JEANS... I've been buying LEE JEANS regular fit black Men's 100 percent cotton for over 60 years and I along with many other people, DO NOT WANT to buy them online and gamble on the fit, have to return them for a FEE 😡🤬, . I want to go try them on in a store nearby and ensure they fit correctly, purchase them and take them home. You have slapped a 65 year loyal customer in the face. LEE JEANS are gone for good. You don't care that people don't want this spandex crap, BRING BACK 100 PERCENT COTTON JEANS regular fit men's... Black.
