The products on LED Lights world are a great value. The customer service is fantastic, even though they are so far away. They always get answers for my questions in a timely manner. I recommend them to all my associates and friends.

Bought some ir led lights on sept 30th 2014. I paid by PayPal the same day and time of the order. They said they shipped 8 days later. They sent the slowest, cheapest way to ship a package. It was a small package. It did take 45 days to get them. I left a review a week ago but they filed a complaint about my review and I had to rewrite this review. They emailed me and said they did not know why it took so long and would refund my money. Maybe this was just a freak chance in shipping. They did give me a refund as of today November 23 2014. I feel they should have use a better shipping rate to decrease the time it takes to received my package.
