I bought the 3 of the new Spider Farmer SE4500 Full Spectrum LED Grow Lights, they arrived on time and look great in my grow set up!

Was such a great place untill Erik sold it. Now its owned by a crook that refuses to honor their side of business and pay affiliates their rightfully earned commisions . My last known amd documented commision was 9-10-25 . In which i have pictures of my affiliate account, the dates , and order numbers of my commisions and have proof of emails discussing these with the owner Scott Sanders since April . On top of that him being completly informed of me being crippled with an injury , lost everything including electricity, snd only averaging 3 meals a week but this crook refuses to pay me a sinple 120 bucks of my earned commision so that I may actually have a decent week or 2 of food ! Im on awe that anyone could be so greedy . A very small not even 200 bucks but could mean a huge world of a difference to an injured and starving soul THAT EARNED HIS KEEP !! And if he wont even take care of the one bringing him in sales than I cant trust what he is going to do with yalls hard earned money . Im almost done putting together a nice piece of all the screenshots from my affiliate account with dates and order numbers proving everything I say to be truth , along with emails , and a story to post in every grow forum, grow group from mutiple platforms like facebook and x , ilgm etc and its time to let everyone in our grow community that Scott the owner of ledgrowlightdepot would rather a man starve to death than to pay him his rightfully earned commisions ! What a disgusting and evil person to be this greedy. Im also giving out the number of the place and his email cause this is terrible business and way to treat anyone ! 888-611-9305 is their phone number and unfortunately this place wont allow me to post the crooks email but it will be posted in many grow groups and forums in our community. Cant do bad businesx and treat people like this !

I purchased a grow light during the 4/20 sales in late April to urgently replace a fixture that had went out unexpectedly. I placed and paid for the order on April 30th. Upon purchasing I was informed to expect the light in 5-7 days. On May 3rd, customer service finally contacted me to say the light was on backorder. They tried to get me to let them refund me for the light twice, which felt odd. It was almost like they regretted selling it for the price I paid. I declined because the light was heavily discounted, and reordering at full price (from them or anyone else) would have cost significantly more. I requested a small additional discount for the inconvenience, but they refused. With no other good options, I waited. The shipping label for my light was created May 18th, but my light sat in their warehouse for another 4 days before they gave it to FedEx. It was finally delivered on May 26th but unfortunately, the FedEx driver left the package in plain sight, and it was stolen. I now have a replacement order that was placed this past Tuesday, and it still has not shipped. I tried to respond to Erik’s email thanking me for my purchase and it bounced back so here I am. Bottom line: If you need your order delivered in a timely manner, I strongly recommend buying from a different company. I would not order from them again unless they had something nobody else carried and it was my last resort.

I live in Europe (Spain), and I had to change my old bridgelux diy cob lamps vero 29 for the new Spider farmer Se 3000. After comparing prices in both Europe and the United States and reading many store reviews, I chose Led Grow Lights depot, which has been a great success. I have been in continuous communication with Erik, including in the shipment, transportation insurance. The transport company also scored it a 10, updating the status of the shipment (I even had to change my delivery address without any problems) and having the lamp in my house in record time. My experience has been totally satisfactory at all levels, both for price and service. I only have words of thanks for Erik and the veterans 🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I recommend this store and will definitely turn to it again. A big hug and thank you again 🤜🏻💚💚🤛🏻

Enttäuschender Shop und inkompatibler Hersteller – nicht zu empfehlen Ich habe leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit diesem Grow-Lampen-Shop gemacht. Der Händler ist nicht an die EU-Richtlinien zur uneingeschränkten Rückgabe gebunden, was für mich als Verbraucher ein echtes Problem darstellt. Einmal gekauft, gibt es faktisch keine Rückgabeoption – selbst wenn die Ware unbenutzt ist oder nicht den Erwartungen entspricht. Das ist absolut kundenunfreundlich und entspricht nicht dem Standard, den man heutzutage erwarten kann. Zudem war die gelieferte Lampe von einem Hersteller Migro , der sich offenbar nicht an gängige Industriestandards hält. Konkret: Die Lampeservie ARRAY ist nicht mit herkömmlichen 10V-Dimm-Controllern kompatibel (Vivosun), was bei den meisten Marken wie ViparSpectra oder sogar günstigen Herstellern wie YXO längst Standard ist. Das macht die Integration in bestehende Setups nahezu unmöglich und zeigt, dass hier am Bedarf der Nutzer vorbeientwickelt wurde. Insgesamt wirkt das Produkt unausgereift und der Kundenservice enttäuschend. Ich würde sowohl vom Shop als auch vom Lampenhersteller dringend abraten – es gibt deutlich bessere Alternativen auf dem Markt, die kundenfreundlicher und technisch durchdachter sind. Disappointing Shop and Incompatible Manufacturer – Not Recommended Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this grow light shop. The seller is not bound by EU regulations regarding unconditional returns, which is a major issue for consumers. Once you've made a purchase, there’s practically no option for returning the item—even if it’s unused or doesn’t meet expectations. This is completely customer-unfriendly and far below the standard one should expect today. Additionally, the lamp I received came from a manufacturer Migro that clearly does not follow industry standards. Specifically, the lamp series ARRAY is not compatible with standard 10V controllers (Vivosun), unlike most reputable brands such as ViparSpectra or even budget manufacturers like YXO. This makes integration into existing setups nearly impossible and shows a clear disconnect from actual user needs. Overall, the product feels underdeveloped and the customer service was disappointing. I strongly advise against both the shop and the lamp manufacturer—there are far better alternatives on the market that are more customer-oriented and technically sound.

I have ordered multiple times from ledgrowlightdepot, and every time was a very easy transaction. Always eager to answer questions and always been very responsive to issues. Highly recommend.
