From China BUT they are NOT DOT/SAE Approved
Buyer Beware Notice - First, let me say this...They function well, they look very nice. However, since many folks are talking about the halos and being pulled over....Figured I would share. They (LED Factory Mart Literature) say their headlights are DOT/SAE Approved. However, the rules in Standard 108 of Title 49 Transportation Code says the markings (Stamp) of DOT/SAE Approved headlights are to be conspicuously located on the headlight and on their headlights it is not marked as such...You may have issues with an inspection or if you get pulled over for running the color halos in states, such as Texas that restrict you to specific colors for daytime running lights, which are White, Amber, and Yellow. Just be AWARE as again they claim DOT/SAE Approved in the online literature but no conspicuous markings on the lense as required by the Federal Standard.
