I made this order on 4 April
I made this order on 4 April. My order showed shipping was 1- 7 days. Today is 11 April and my order stills says that you are preparing for shipping. My merchandise did not show to be backorder and I have received no email stating there was an issue. I can only assume that you are failing.

I ordered headlight bulbs almost a whole month ago when shipping says 1-7 business days. Had I known I’d have been waiting so long and inconvenienced this much I would’ve gone a different route. No updates, emails, anything. Bad service worthy of 1 star

OK,I'm going to VERY HONEST ABOUT THIS. I haven't received any notices on my order, I looked at there there site and my order hasn't even been shipped out. I tried contacting customer service and the only reply I got was STOP sending more then one email that someone is looking at my order. At this point I just want a REFUND don't need the product anymore I'll be looking elsewhere. Thank you.

The air mattress was fine
The air mattress was fine. The issue was it had a small pinhole so it went flat overnight. I simply wanted an exchange then they sent me a message saying they needed my email address but they sent that message TO my email. Didn’t make sense ever since then, they ghosted me so I went through PayPal to have them file the claim they said sure we got a hold of them they said ship it back for a full refund. The problem with that is it was in China and they knew it would cost me more to ship it to China then to eat it so after I got back with paypal and told them that they replied to the company and the company ghosted them so then I had to go through my bank to get the refund money back. They are not reliable. I would not purchase another thing from these people.
