Good products but didn’t receive everything! I am still missing an item that I bought from this company and they have been saying that it would come in but still hasn’t and no one has offered a refund! The other two items I do have are working just fine and are nice.

From the condition of the box, it looks like I received someone's else's return. I have a photo of it but don't see a way to send it to you. I just hope all the parts are there and working. "After much back and forth emails, they finally gave me a open box price (refunded part of what I paid). Never did get offered a new unopened in original box set of taillights

No response back very slow service.

Does not fit down to bottom of door openings and will not come totally over back

The lights seem really good. I will know more once I finish hooking them up to the battery so that I can use the RGB functions. The installation directions were pretty much non-existent. Wiring details were given about 30% for one of the sets of lights and none for the other. Need a fuse tap to finish the install, but it doesn't tell you that or supply it. Just up to you to magically figure that out.

I received one half of my order, headlamp and fog lights. I paid for the marker/turn signal and taillight/brake light, but haven't received those.

So I ordered the sunshades for my 2021 JL Wrangler Rubicon. They arrived and the rear sunshade had only 9 anchoring grommets and the directions and pictures all have 10. I noticed an extra bungee cord as well, so I know that I received a defective product. I sent an email to LED Factory Mart and included a picture of the defective piece, and 9 days later the response was “well, send it back to us and once we receive it, we will send you out a new correct replacement”. I’m not going to pay to ship their defective piece back, and wait god knows how long for a replacement! This customer service is horrible and it’s 100% their error and I’m supposed to pay to return the obvious defect?!?! Also the email from CS was not well written with multiple grammatical and syntax errors, makes me think they offshore their customer support (which is their prerogative, but good to know). At this point, I’d find another accessory vendor for your Jeep/Bronco/etc. this has rubbed me very much the wrong way.

Buy once, cry once- skip this place. Return process is sub-par. One LED light dimmer than the other, put OEM back in and emailed customer support- they want photos before they’ll do anything. I just want my money back.
