LED Factory MartReviews of ledfactorymart.com

I wanted to purchase some head lights for my 2019 jeep, so I tried calling first but no answer, I thought no big deal went ahead and placed my order on line, BIG MISTAKE !!!!!. I received my order and it was incorrect, again no big deal, the problem is they won't respond to a email, and phone call or a voice message, I really regret buying from this company!!!! BUYER BEWARE !!!

UPDATE 14 days later and still have not received replacement or refund. Been told replacement is being shipped from China. Tracking number not helpfull. OH. STILL HAVE NOT TALKED TO PERSON FROM THE LED FACTORY. If you buy I hope unlike me they work. I purchased LED turn signals for my 04 Softail. Front ones blink few times then flash. I contact customer service.. never got to talk to a real person. I did get an email but it did not help. I have made 6 phone calls and 4 emails.. nothing. You call get a recorded message.. they are to busy.. but will call you back.. Yeah right. Oh almost forgot.. I got an extra box with my shipment. It was a string of orange led lite flowers. Have to say they worked. Just be carefull.. as they have no customer service.. Today is 7 days since I received them. Can not even return them.

If I had read reviews before ordering; I would never buy from this crap. One review mentioned this being a Chinese company hence the reason why my order status said it shipped from China. Now I received a message from fedex that my package has been delivered, and jt is nowhere to be found. I can't get a hold of anyone at fedex because of the stupid automated options they have, and this company will not respond to multiple emails or calls. All these good reviews are probably not even from real customers.

Worst customer service ever. Called .... emailed and zero contact to just make a return. Several attempts over two weeks and no result just to return Jeep headlights. What ever you purchase, don’t plan on returning.

Do not buy from these people. Ordered headlights for my wrangler. Took 2 weeks to get them. They dont tell you it comes from china. Then they are advertised as plug n play and same size as the model I have. Get them in. They are 7 inch not 9 inch. Plus the halo portion didnt work. They dont tell you it requires additional wiring which is not included. They dont answer phone so dont waste your time. Over a week and a half of emails and them fighting me they agreed to return them if I paid for shipping. I told them thats unaccpeptable. Ive contested the charge with my bank. Terrible product and customer service

Do not buy from them! These lights do not work. The app is horrible too! Experts cannot install these lights and when we call for help they do not answer. They came scratched. The headlights are faulty and don’t even turn on. Absolutely horrible website. Lights are from China by the way. I was under the impression they were made in America.

I do not have any idea where everyone gets such great customer service, help on installation, or any answer for that matter. The light I bought are over $300, they are not what they said they were, the instructions are horrible, the app they said i needed to use instead of what the instructions say doesn't work and i can get no one to respond. Spent over $600 with this company and im totally screwed.

Headlights came in a beat up box and no Instructions...I called them and of course nobody answers the phone....I'm sending this back, and spending my money with another company.
