I placed an order for some LED lights. The order was way overdue and I tried to reach customer service to inquire since I had no tracking information. No one answered the call or responded to numerous messages. Subsequently I sent an email requesting a cancellation of my order and refund. I then received tracking information showing my order was still in China. Once again I requested to cancel my order and then received an email indicating that they would not cancel the order and I’m guessing that they will not be refunding my money. I will never buy from the LED Factory Mart again!

I ordered an item for Christmas. It never came till six weeks later. We called the gal said she would refund our money and stop package from coming. Two weeks after that call we got package and No Refund. Would never order again.

Lights stopped working after 2 months halo light wont work anymore $200 Chinese junk factory led mart customer service number hangs up on you when your on hold no instructions to be found anywhere!!! Terrible product and worse customer service don't waste your time or money!!!

AVOID!!!! This site is a scam and a joke. They don’t answer email and their phone answering service is laughable. I’m in the process of disputing their charge with my bank as it’s been over a week since I placed the order and have no confirmation on shipping, and as stated before, they don’t answer calls, social media or emails. I’m gonna go with either Ciro3d or Kuryakyn for my Harley LED lights. More expensive but at least I can trust them!

I placed my order on Dec 2nd but I got my package after i left for my Christmas trip so i no longer need it as the lights i purchased were a gift. The company has been not responsive at all to my countless emails requesting a return label and a refund despite the website claiming easy returns!!!

This company is horrible with No customer service. they do Not respond to your request for a return address. Buyer beware, do not expect to return anything if you do buy!

Very dishonest company been waiting forever and now I find out I have to wait longer I have been telling them I want a refund company sucks don't buy from them

I bought a light bracket from factory mart I was told on the phone by a lady named Helen that this was the bracket for my Jeep come to find out it was the wrong size when I called back Helen said she needed to speak to her manager so they can email me the information to return the bracket no one ever emailed me or text me or called me now I’m stuck with it they won’t allow me to return it or my money please be careful when you purchase from led factory mart
