Customer service and support are non existent. Called 2 times and left a message. Sent 2 emails and no return emails. They claim a labor day sale discount of 15% but charged full price. I have tried to cancel the order and no response. Waiting to see if it is posted to credit card and will have credit card company dispute the claim. In a few words don't walk away from this company RUN RUN RUN. THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS

I received the tail lights and brake lights with the shipping info they provided. I received the fog lights 2 days later. I have not received the head lights. They have not responded to 4 customer service email inquiries. They removed my review stating the above. I have all documentation and photos of items deliverd. Have not installed any yet pending final outcome.

It is my first experience buying on this page, and it is definitely the last one, the description of the product is terrible, I bought some headlights that In the description said was 9 inches and they are at most 7, I wrote to them to begin the return process and they suggested me that I would sell them to someone who wanted them, and as a second option, to return them, assuming the expenses and if I wanted to make an extra payment of almost 60 dollars, then they would send me the ones I needed, this company is really a joke.

These lights are horrible. They rarely connect to the app to turn them on. In less than two months one headlight stopped working. The company will NOT refund your money 100%, they kept $82 as a restocking fee (for their defective item) and did not pay for return shipping. I had to pay to get mine installed and uninstalled. RIP OFF company.

Bad customer service tried to get hold of the company no way to. I ordered a few items and never got a tracking order. I know now I just got ripped off from this place. Do not order anything from them. I lost over a hundred and sixty dollars.

i ordered a bundle 10 days ago and paid for 3 ti 7 day shipping.....got a tracking number that was fake or never dropped to courier,,,,,cant get a response on whatsapp or email ......horrible custmer service

Bad product and even worse customer service. One tail light never worked right. I have call 11 times. They don’t answer the phone. Ten emails, David Matthews must not read the emails. Redundant reply. Save your time and money. Shop elsewhere!!! Craig S. SoCal

I ordered a set of LED lights for my Jeep Wrangler. I got them in December but never opened box until January when I paid the mecahnic to install them. Once installed it was determined that the lights were bad. Tried sending emails, videos of bad lights and what they were doing, phones calls to customer service. Nothing worked, no one would talk to me. Bottom line I had to buy a new set of lights from a QUALITY COMPANY pay my guy more money and throw these lights in the trash. This comapny sucks. Peorid. Im out $700
