I am trying to find out about my order…
I am trying to find out about my order #64640. My order was placed on December 7, 2022. I still have not received it or received any tracking information. My payment status shows Paid but the fulfillment status shows Unfulfilled even though the web site shows my item as in stock. I have called 4-5 times and left a message for a return phone call. Emailed support several times no response. I sent a message via Messenger today 12/17/22. This is a Christmas gift. I need for someone to get in touch with me asap. Joanne M Butler 850-529-6824

The order go through fine
The order go through fine But a week later still didn’t hear anything about my order like a track number or date of the arrival. Disappointed if I don have news soon I will cancel the order

I ordered Led lights for my Jeep
I ordered Led lights for my Jeep which was supposed to be plug n play. Not only are the not but Led Factory has no customer support either by phone or email. They scam you out of your money and give you a product that is not plug n play. Buyer beware of this company.

I ordered some LED lights for my motorcycle. The tracking number provided has never worked. All I keep getting is an e-mail that say we are sorry your package got returned and we are Re shipping it!! BS!! Still don’t have a good tracking number. At this point just give me my money back. It’s been a month. Trash customer service.

Beware of these lights, no returns
Beware, I bought the lights for my streetglide and they cause static on the radio. Did what they said to fix the problem but it didn't fix it. And they won't give a refund. Buy Hogworkz not this junk.

I placed my order and paid for express…
I placed my order and paid for express delivery. It has been 17 days and nothing has arrived yet. I emailed customer service and they said they are still making my lights. I spent over $800, I really hope I didn’t get scammed.
