I placed a order online, called the next day early to cancel 1 item left a message 6 hours later NEVER got a returned call. I called a second time left another message still no returned call. Terrible customer service.

I was sent the wrong part twice still have not recieved my pay pal account credit and my payback for wrong part being sent to me . I payed to send back the wrong part . Company admitted they sent wrong part but yet still no credit on my account ….

I bought a full set of LED lights for my 2012 jeep wrangler. I received them and installed them. Everything was working great until the passenger side headlamp went out. I sent an email to find out about the warranty. I received a message saying it was a two year time. However they have all kinds of kinks in the way it works. They wanted me to pay a 40 dollar fee before they would replace the defective headlight. If it was covered by a warranty then why would they want me to pay a 40 fee for shipping the new one? I'm very disappointed with the service I received from them!!I won't be buying anything else from the LFM!! 1-10-23 UPDATE I finally received the replacement headlight from LFM. And it only took 11 day's from the date they shipped it out from China 12-28-22 David at LFM sent me an email informing me that it had shipped and ask if I would delete or change my original review to a five stars rating. LOL not a fat chance!! I had to purchase another set of headlights so I could drive safely after dark, not to mention not get a citation for having a headlight out. I guess it's ok to drive that way in his country. The customer service and lack of understanding what the issue is,is sad to say the least. I would be very careful what your planning on buying from them before doing so. As the old saying goes buyer beware! And no David no delete or five star review or sprinkle's. Sprinkles are for winners!
