After receiving these lights I thought it was great. One of the lights stopped working and another one the clip would not stay attached to my grill after a month. I reached out to the company and they stated I had to record what was wrong with the lights. After reviewing my video, they stated that I would receive a new set. 4 weeks later still no replacement. I asked if they had an ETA for the replacement and received email with a tracking through company overseas. I still do not have my replacement. In theory great lights, if they worked properly. Customer service is all through email and it usually takes days to get a response. Very frustrating.

Lights are way too dim for daylight driving. Customer service has yet to respond to my attempt to return the item.

The items I ordered did not work on my 2023 street glide. I experienced a fault due to the improper style of lights that needed to corrected by the service department at the dealership. The dealership said the lights will not work for my bike. The other part of the order was defective. It actually looks like they were returned previously from another customer as the package was not like other orders I placed. Customer service has been the worse I have ever experienced trying to correct the issue. It has been 2 weeks of slow response emails and I have still not received a refund. I had to pay for diagnostic and return shipping for the items. A second order has been canceled and no refund for that as well. This is unacceptable. I was a return customer. However, I will no longer be a customer. Update: refund from order 76388 placed on 6/12/23 was received 7/15/23. Refund from order 76692 placed on 6/17/23 was received on 7/4/23. I was not refunded for the return shipping on defective or non usable products. In addition I was contacted by the company to delete my review. I feel this is completely unprofessional. Sent parts that DO NOT fit, as advertised. Bulbs that were sent have two contact points. The very stock and originally equipped 09 HD FLHX I own has a single contact point ( like a bullseye on a dartboard) So I have 50 plus dollars of Useless to me parts. Customer Service says essentially Tough luck. They Don't stand behind the product. Even when they ship you wrong items. I have left numerous messages on their recording. I am finally getting Emails with more excuses and hoops to jump through. Avoid the headache. Buy elsewhere!!

Received my saddlebag lights for my street glide, I installed them and the brake lights are illuminating Amber and not red as they are supposed to. I emailed customer service and they stated they would contact the supplier and get back to me. Not sure why I wasn’t refunded or immediately sent a new set. Still haven’t heard back from them I’m a few days now.

I have gotten no reply on ship date.it was supposed to be 48 hours but has been a week and no communication back from them.

I have not received my order still waiting for it to arrive

Not using the purchase in the build I’m doing. Decided to go another way and needed to return the item. Then was hit with up to 50% restocking fee and obviously not looking to pay that was forced to just eat it. Will definitely check the back end from now on with whoever I purchase from but safe to say will look other directions rather than here
