Its been 2 weeks since I ordered and got my order ID but still didnt got a tracking number or shipping confirmation email…

Absolute unprofessional rep David. The order came in 6 different packages and not completed. David provided nothing but excuses and lies. It took weeks for our products to arrive and when they did, still not complete. Smart guy David so cutely sent an email with pictures of delivery boxes and still clearly not a complete order so we sent him pictures back. His best support was offering $10, then &20, then $30 to make us feel better. It was more insulting than help. As it sits today, David is telling us the missing items ship separately so he will now send those missing items! Wait! What? If they ship separate, then why not ship them with everything else vs after everything arrives? Again, lies. Do not order from here. Not a single item had any instructions. David is the worst customer service person we have ever experienced with any company. Shame on y’all!

I order halo lights. One didn't work so I emailed the company. They insisted I take a video of me installing the lights to prove they are broken. I'm supposed to take the grill off my jeep again and install broken lights again just to provide a video!? That's crazy. Pay a little more and buy from a reputable company. This isn't it

I purchased some fog lights for my 2022 Bronco because this store had them competitively priced compared to other shops I was looking about for comparable products. That's essentially the last benefit I received. The product came in good order but with ZERO installation instructions making them useless. Especially considering this was an electronics product that had to be run through the OEM factory headlight wiring. I am a resourceful guy so I spent almost 3 weeks going back and forth with the company to acquire instructions they clearly didn't possess (I don't know how you're selling an electronics product without any knowledge of how it works). Whereas the competitors had 20-40 min step-for-step installation instructions available online the best I could get from them was a video under 30 seconds that said little more than "connect the wires." I pointed out to their customer service rep that there are at least 8 different wires on the left front headlight coupling and even more on the right. Nothing. I tried reaching out to the local garages but they do not install outside parts. I was forced to return the item but was told that I'd have to cover the shipping and be charged an additional 15% restocking fee. While I was able to get them to waive the restocking fee I still have to pay nearly 10% of the item cost for my months-long hassle. I would never recommend using this company. You're better off going to a known producer or even Amazon.

No customer service can’t talk to anyone all they want to do is email. Didn’t get my free gift. Tried to return a light that they did not have in the details that it would not fit my vehicle, but they wanted to change me return shipping and a 15% restock fee. They offered me like a $10 credit if I sold them privately.

I only wish I could review with no stars! Ordered lights over 2 weeks ago, and nothing ever showed up. Contacted LED Factory Mart, and they sent some weird FedEx shipping that says FedEx hasn't even received the package. Think twice about doing buisness with this company!!

Didn’t receive all of the items I ordered. So I E-mailed Led factory mart to let them know and there response was that I needed to file a claim with usps. No, it’s not my problem to file a claim. If I put money in your hand then I should have a product in my hand. Plain and simple the company you chose to ship the product is on you. I won’t be purchasing from this company any further. All they had to do was send me the item that I paid. Poor customer service.

I called in today 11/08/23 twice and left messages to call me back as it appears I received the wrong LED brake light item. So far no one has called me back?? Steve 408 838 2210
