Returns.
They refuse to tell us how to return fog lights that will not work on our Bronco.Got emails saying they would tell us how but they haven't.Now they haven't responded in over two weeks.Have made numerous phone calls as well.Keep getting the run around.😡

They don't give any access to download…
They don't give any access to download app and want u to watch a video of a couple Mos installing it under a carport versus giving a legit wiring diagram

Bad experience
Product misrepresented the gas cap didn't fit my jeep i shouldn't have to pay 15%restocking plus return freight. They will not have my business in the future. This piece is going in the garbage .Hope others can learn from my experience .

Terrible company be careful
Terrible company be careful, read the return policy and get knowlodge this company are not responsable for the return transportation even they dont submit anyreturn level so you have to pay for return transportation and then they will refund just a part of the cost they keep a % of your money even if you return in good condition the item

Third party distributor
As far as we can tell this company is a scam. They do have a decent product but it must be a 3rd party distributing. They are unable or unwilling to help with an error on the website. The original issue was on the website stating a grille fits a 2024 Tacoma, we double checked with website before ordering only to find it does not fit. Once the issue was discovered there was a complete breakdown of communication. The seller is unwilling to return the product. Many failed attempts to communicate.

Terrible customer service and poor instructions
Terrible product, was not as I thought I had bought. Before buying I was in text conversation but product was not as advertised . customer service does not answer phone and text response just iterating. very poor instructions and no help.

Purchased led grill lights for tacoma
Purchased led grill lights for tacoma, lights advertised as 6 led per light, received 4 led per light, was told by led factory mart that I would be happy with those lights, no I’m not I would like the lights I ordered , had to get paypal involvement. And they keep deleting my review on there web sight, and I keep reposting it day after day after day, I wonder when the they are going to get sick of it and send me what I ordered, 35 dollar item. It’s the point of the matter.
