Doesn’t work
Waste of $$$$ in my opinion. Ive been using this mask faithfully since January 2026-September 2026 with the same fine lines I had when I started! and I do mean “Fine Lines” Cost to much to do absolutely nothing……

To start off I want to say this product is a complete fail from what I have seen with red light treatments. I am a 46 year old female with fare skin and a past riddled with childhood cancer and heart failure at 46 years old. I purchased the mask off of Good Morning America and it was $390 which is a lot of money to put towards a product you do not get to test or see. The return policy is 14 days..😳. To expect customers to know what the product is in that time frame is absurd. I didn’t open my box right away and when I did I was planning how to fit it into my routine. My mom and I read all of the instructions (little pamphlets) before using the product. The neck/chest piece worked pretty quickly but we had to keep playing with the button as the instructions did not work. I was also not happy with the fit over my neck. I am a petite 5 foot gal and not all things are made for every size. When we went to use the mask we did exactly what the instructions said to do and it was impossible to figure out how to get it on. Once it did come on we were breathing heavy (because the mask is super uncomfortable when on) and exhausted by the effort it took not to mention how random it was when it actually turned on. The mask button had to be broken because it was sporadic when it actually came on. When I had the mask on where my eyes were in the correct position my mouth was no where near the mouth opening. The mask is incredibly bright and it should most definitely come with eye protection. When we finally got the mask going we tried to relax only to be startled by the obnoxious beep to complete the cycle. It gets hot in the mask when it’s on and you are making an effort to unwind, breath, relax..only to be jerked awake. The beep rings thru the mask and your skull. When I spoke to customer service about how unhappy I was with the product I was being told they would help me with usage rather than offer a refund. To future possible buyers, this is not the product to invest in. I tend to trust Good Morning America with their testing before promoting strategy but this one was an expensive bust! I highly recommend looking into the full body mats that are flexible and high performance rather than putting so much money into this as it only covers the face and neck, rather than whole body, not to mention the customer service was no where near what it should be for how much money they are charging. My health is extremely important to me but I do not have this kind of money to put towards something that doesn’t work.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate the detail, and we’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. Your health journey sounds incredibly meaningful, and we understand how frustrating it must be when a product doesn’t feel like it’s working for you. We’d love the chance to address a few of your concerns. The mask does feature built-in silicone eye protection, and the LED bulbs and eye openings are positioned so that direct eye exposure is minimized. Interestingly, there is a growing body of clinical studies that support the benefits of red light therapy for eye health. But that being said, personal comfort is most important. We understand the fit can vary, especially for petite frames, and that’s valuable feedback for us. Regarding the touch-sensitive button, we’d be happy to give you some tips so this is no longer a frustration (these tips are also outlined in the How-To Guide on our website). We’d genuinely like to make this right for you. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll personally ensure you’re taken care of. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we don’t take this kind of feedback lightly.

I purchased the mask and collar along with some products at a special price via a promo. Received my products, opened and tried the mask immediately and over the next couple of weeks. Nothing noticeable changes, but it and the reviews say it takes a while. When I received it I looked up the return policy and it said 30 Day Risk Free Trial. They have it in their policy, scrolling across their screen and even mention "extended returns." I didn't think that was really enough time to try everything, but was going to focus on the mask. I decided at day 24 or 25 that I needed to return everything. The only open item was the mask. I reached out and they informed me that because I bought as part of a special the return policy was only 14 days. I explained that I had read it was 30 days and also told them 14 days was definitely NOT enough time to evaluate the products, which even on sale are pricey! I explained again and told them nothing except the mask was even out of the box. I asked if they would make an exception, even just for the collar which was unopened. It was purchased separately, not part of a package. They said no, they couldn't. As a business owner, I know they absolutely COULD, they just wouldn't. Now I am stuck with these expensive products that I was excited to try, but now wondering if they will even work and/or if I will use them regularly enough to justify the cost. Very, very disappointed with the company and the customer service. They were responsive, but not at all helpful. 14 days is not enough time and I would never have made the purchase if I had realized that it was different than their standard policy.

Hi Julie, we have responded to your emails on the same day. Just to clarify, since you have purchased through the GMA sale at a good discount, our return window at your time of purchase is 14 days. This 14 day return window is also explicitly written on the website when you made the purchased. I would say it's actually a good sign to be stuck with your Glotech™ devices! Try using them consistently for a couple months and track your results by taking photos. Most likely, you will see improvements!

The mask is great but the battery doesn’t hold a charge for more than 1 or 2 uses. I wouldn’t recommend it.

“I’m very disappointed with the Mask Lite I received yesterday. When I opened the box, I immediately noticed the instruction manual was tiny and hard to read. I was shocked that there was no QR code or online guide on how to charge it. For the price—$170 on sale, originally $330—you’d expect better. The mask doesn’t come with a plug, only a battery, and it wasn’t clear how to use it. After figuring out how to charge it, I struggled to turn it on because the button is on top of the mask, and you have to hold it for 3 seconds. This is explained in the small manual, but it’s still hard to do when the mask is on your head. When I finally got it to work, I used the red light for 10 minutes, then wanted to switch to the blue light for another 10 minutes—only to find it needed to be charged again. On top of that, there was no information about how the light might affect your eyes, and I couldn’t find any online guides to clarify this or explain the charging process. What about older people who aren’t tech-savvy? For this price, it’s disappointing not to have clear instructions, better charging capabilities, or even a plug. I’m planning to return it and look for a better option.”
