After reaching out to customer service via a phone call I was directed to send a video showing my issue. I sent it and within a couple hours I had a resolution. Excellent communication.

My first order was a preorder in 2023 so it took a little while to arrive but that was expected. The mask and collar that I purchased have worked very reliably and effectively. I recently loaned them to a friend and she misplaced one of the remotes. I reached out to this company via instagram and they responded within minutes with a link to replacement parts, and were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond.

I just bought the mask and collar duo and was confused by the charging directions. I finally sent a txt asking for help and they called me within the hour. Unbelievable! They helped me troubleshoot and it works great. Amazing service.

I have had my Red Light therapy mask for about a year and just started having some issues with it. I reached out to customer service to try to troubleshoot.
