I haven't even received my order or do I know where my order even is. I haven't gotten anything from you guys about my order

Hi Raina, we completely understand your frustration with us, but as our store shipping policy explained, order received in the month of February, always a little slower to get out due to the very long Chinese New Year Celebration (CNY) where no business are conducted, we doing everything possible to get these backed-up orders out ASAP, so we are just asking for a little bit more of your patience, you will ABSOLUTELY RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IN A WEEK OR SO, Thank you for your patience and support. Over half my order is missing
Over half my order is missing. Company was contacted it’s been almost 2 months and I keep getting told it’s on its way

Hi Desiree, this is a 100% misleading and incorrect statement, the ABRIGAIL style dress that was solid out while processing your order was refunded $118.00 payment back to your account January 16, 2022, we sell super hot fashion and have no control over fashion product selling out.
