On May 7, 2022 refund was made back to your account that you placed order with, on May 14 we received confirmation of successful refund from your bank, so you really need to prove to us where Le'Beautiful is not professional and our service wrong you?, feel free to contact our customer service if this response to your unfair claims are false, because we have document proof, thank you. Hi kitty, we notice you called our customer service number today, and one of our customer service team member kindly advised on your order which is in your city at a USPS processing facility, unfortunately there's nothing neither of us can do about this as USPS is under staffed and the world is still experiencing post pandemic shipping issues.
