The quality of the leather is cheap looking. Won’t be coming back. Also, the 7.50 deduction is annoying.

Leather made in China. I have purchased a few items for my wife and me. Unfortunately, I just bought a zippered wallet, but it was too large to carry in my front pocket. As per Leatherology's return policy, they charge $7 for returns. Disappointing. Make sure you want the item, because returns cost $7.50.

Terrible customer service. I won’t be purchasing from them.

Disappointed by misleading product presentation and inflexible support I purchased the Leatherology Small Travel Tote expecting it to have the same basic travel functionality as the Large Travel Tote. The Large size has a trolley sleeve, and the front pocket on the Small size looked exactly the same, so I did not realize it was not a pass through sleeve until I attempted to place it over my suitcase handle. I should have read the product details more carefully before removing the tag, and I take responsibility for that. However, I do think it is misleading to market the Small size under the same Travel Tote name when it lacks what I consider to be the only true travel feature. The bag itself was unused and in new condition, but Leatherology refused the return because the tag had been removed. I understand the policy, but the support response felt AI/canned and unwilling to consider the actual issue, which was the confusing product presentation.

I love this company's products and just placed an order for a new bag with some accessories. My first Leatherology bag was ordered in 2020 and I still use it regularly. The colors are fabulous. The details are practical. And whatever I've ordered has typically shown up ahead of schedule.

Steer clear of this company. Customer service is awful and misleading. Save yourself a headache and buy your leather goods elsewhere. Extremely disappointing.

Mijn bestelling ging niet goed. Ik kreeg bericht met de vraag wat er fout was gegaan met de bestelling. Daarna ben ik super geholpen, en heb mijn schoenen met extra korting kunnen bestellen. Van de kwaliteit weet ik nog niks, maar de klantenservice was zeer prettig.

So I have been a faithful Leatherology customer. In the past and always my go to color was the Scarlett (red). This February the came out with the Buoy red ( more pink red,not deep or bright red) but its not orange red . But it's a red and Leatherology had discontinued my Scarlett red. Because Red is my color so I ordered a few item in this new Bouy red not bad. Love the old oiled smooth leather quality that some items still have others do not. Like I said I'm faithful to Leatherology because it's solid leather no logos( I do not get paid to carry logos or names unless it's my name) So will continue to purchase my faithful favorite leathers in different colors and designs. I have so many items That I love especially anything in red.
