A lot of great content and Joe is a great teacher!

Starting out something that began only as an interest is always the most intimidating thing anyone can ever do, especially when you don't have the confidence to keep moving forward. The content provided in these courses not only gave me the knowledge I needed, but the confidence that this is something I can do too. Having these courses as a resource, and one that I can review again at any point in my life, is an indispensable tool that I can keep in my back pocket. This course was the best starting point for someone with no experience such as myself.

I am an absolute beginner with ZERO background or knowledge in Voice Over Work. I needed something that had everything in 1 spot that built a solid foundation. Trying to look around and find reputable information on things i know nothing about was an impossible task for me, because I “Didn’t know, what I didn’t know”, so how do you ask questions or find that information that you NEED to know? This course was the answer for me. The course is great and the community is even better! Don’t hesitate, if your considering it, just jump in and join because you won’t regret it!

The academy gave a comprehensive overview of everything you need to get started, with a specific focus on how to go from being completely uninvolved to taking your first steps in the field. It contains what your first steps should be, some of the pitfalls you want to avoid, where to look to book jobs, and essential knowledge that you will be expected to possess (including both the electronics and the vocals necessary).

Joe Zieja's Learn Voice Acting course was a great introduction to voice acting-- not only techniques, but the technical and business aspects of the field as well. The content was delivered in short videos (under 10 minutes each), which is great for learning in bite-sized chunks, which is great for fitting into a busy schedule.

I cannot sing enough praises for this course! When I say "I'm just starting out", I cannot express just how little (zero) I knew about the VO industry, let alone all the ins and outs of casting websites, gear, the auditioning and demo process, I KNEW NOTHING! After finishing this course, the first thing I'm going to do is go back and do it again... This course made taking the first step in the industry so less scary. Thank you 500 times.

This course is great at demystifying the voice over industry. As a beginning voice actor I found the information super useful and approachable. Definitely worth the money spent.

I am committed to going full-time in VO, and this program is great for the true beginner. I thought I was just going to get a couple of lessons and tips on how to get started in this industry. This is an exhaustive course, and it really breaks down everything you "Need" to know to get started. From your mentality to how to start your business. I wasn't expecting this level of service and knowledge. Again, for the new beginner, this is where you start. Joe also tells you to go slow and smooth. This takes time, and it is an investment. This is not a fly by night couse and you actually have to put in the work. Joe tells you that in the beginning. If you are serious about succeeding in the VO industry. invest in this first.
