It is very engaging and opened up my eyes to many more opportunities that I would never have know about. It is a little costly but I believe I will "get what I paid for" from it.

It was a very thorough and in depth course and im so glad I got in and started it. It's given me all the tools I need to feel like I can go out and get me voice acting career truly started and make it thrive!

The lessons were amazing, I am so glad I chose to take the course. Since I did some acting classes in the past there were some things that were not new to me and I also made a dub of a Videogame once so I knew how to use the basics of software. Some problems though were on me due to my ADHD which caused my mind to go wayward and forced me to rewatch a few things but other than that, I am glad I got to work with one of my favorite voice actors and I hope we can meet face to face so I can thank him personally!

This course is a great introduction to voice acting, pulling together a lot of helpful information for anyone just getting started. Joe, the owner, is very straightforward and encourages you to find what works best for you. He also offers practical recommendations for gear you can start with, as well as suggestions for things you might invest in as you grow. While the course doesn’t help you find jobs directly, it does point you toward trusted sites to explore. The community is also a big plus—it’s welcoming, supportive, and a great place to troubleshoot problems, share experiences, and celebrate personal wins. While I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for more advanced or expert voice actors, it’s perfect for beginners or those looking for a solid introduction to the field.

The material is easy to digest, the videos feasible to understand. It’s nice to know I have access to the material at all times and that there is a built in community that cares about every step of our journeys as voice actors!

A lot of great content and Joe is a great teacher!

The academy gave a comprehensive overview of everything you need to get started, with a specific focus on how to go from being completely uninvolved to taking your first steps in the field. It contains what your first steps should be, some of the pitfalls you want to avoid, where to look to book jobs, and essential knowledge that you will be expected to possess (including both the electronics and the vocals necessary).

Joe Zieja's Learn Voice Acting course was a great introduction to voice acting-- not only techniques, but the technical and business aspects of the field as well. The content was delivered in short videos (under 10 minutes each), which is great for learning in bite-sized chunks, which is great for fitting into a busy schedule.
