Hello Brad, For this review, you purchased a $7 study guide, in which you partilly downloaded it. We review it and sent you the full document. Upon confirmation of receipt of the full document, you immediately demanded a refund. We explained that for the study guide that contained all the documents you needed was in a bundle of several documents at $57, we provided all the links to preview, but you still insisted to dispute the previous charge of which we delivered and you confirmed receipt of the same.

We would like to note after you purchased the study material and we sent it to you and confirmed you got it, you started demanding for a refund despite us delivering the service to you . Additionally, all our materials are designed with original content, and we take plagiarism and integrity very seriously. If you found similar content elsewhere, it is purely coincidental or a result of widely available study resources. Regarding your refund request, our refund policy is clearly outlined at the time of purchase, and we aim to provide fair resolutions to all customers. We provided every needed support for the customer to checkout on the website which works well but the customer kept asking for the same. We then provided an alternative checkout method, of which the customer never used and instead created this negative review. We can confirm that the customer was not charged on our website and this is a malicious review as we pride in providing the best customer support to all our clients.
