This was a very well set up bootcamp to start building, meet a great instructor and answer all your questions, I'm very pleased with this program

Attending the Builder Bootcamp Workshop was one of the most valuable experiences I’ve had as someone passionate about homebuilding and construction. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this program was designed with purpose, precision, and a deep understanding of what aspiring builders and developers truly need. The sessions were incredibly well structured, covering everything from land evaluation, budgeting, design planning, permitting, and construction timelines, all the way through to marketing and selling. Each topic was broken down in a way that was both practical and easy to apply. The instructors didn’t just talk theory; they shared real-world insights, lessons learned from years of experience, and tips that only seasoned builders would know. What stood out most was the hands-on approach. We weren’t just listening, we were actively engaging in exercises that helped us think like professional builders. The walkthroughs of completed and in-progress homes gave me a tangible sense of how to approach my own projects with greater confidence and efficiency. The team’s professionalism, patience, and willingness to answer every question made the experience even more rewarding. Their passion for helping others build successfully and avoid costly mistakes was evident in every session. By the end of the bootcamp, I not only gained practical knowledge but also built strong connections with others in the industry who share the same vision of quality, craftsmanship, and innovation. I left feeling motivated, informed, and ready to take my projects to the next level. If you’re considering attending Builder Bootcamp, whether you’re a first-time builder, an investor, or someone expanding into residential development, this program will give you the clarity, confidence, and tools to succeed. Thank you to the entire Bootcamp Workshop team (Igor, Dmytro) for an outstanding experience.

Attending the Builders Bootcamp in Austin, Texas was nothing short of transformational. This wasn’t just another event – it was an experience that challenged my mindset, expanded my vision, and ignited my drive to take action. From the moment we started, the energy in the room was electric. I felt empowered to break through limitations and step into new levels of possibility. The sessions were packed with practical strategies, powerful insights, and real-life examples like the site visits of different builds at various levels of development that showed us what’s possible when focus, discipline, and creativity come together. What made this Bootcamp stand out most was the blend of motivation and execution. It wasn’t just about being inspired—it was about walking away with clarity, tools, and a roadmap for success. The environment cultivated accountability, collaboration, and the belief that no dream is too big when paired with consistent effort and the right support. I left Austin not only more knowledgeable, but also more determined and confident. If you’ve ever thought about building, leading, or creating something extraordinary, this Bootcamp is where you need to be. It’s an investment in yourself that speaks for a lifetime. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Arthur Okolonji President/CEO CRESTWOOD REALTY & DEVELOPMENT LLC. Indianapolis, Indiana.

I came into the bootcamp with **10 years of construction experience in the military**, where discipline and standards are non-negotiable. Even with that background, I had some doubts about how to analyzing deals to turn profit, while providing quality construction as a civillian. After three days with Ihor and Dmytro from Art Village, those doubts are gone — it was absolutely worth it. From day one, they delivered on substance over hype. Their systems, processes, knowledge base, community, and resources are **abundant** and well-structured. You’re not just hit with theory in a death by powerpoint, you’re handed tools you can use immediately. *They’ve got detailed stage-by-stage checklists for every phase of a build. * They walk you through the permit process, something many courses skip or gloss over. * They teach you how to source higher-quality finishes from overseas, which is a serious edge in controlling cost and quality. * You get onsite visits to multiple projects at differing stages — so you see real builds in progress, not just models or slides. * They don’t shy away from the finance side — real-world financial exercises showing how to analyze land deals, projections, margins, risk. *Did i mention the online catalog of educational videos for you to review after the course ends?! These guys aren’t just instructors, they’re entrepreneurs, always looking to make things better! Igor (Ihor) has built 20+ homes in Austin over In Austin, their name carries serious weight — they’re known for doing quality work and genuinely caring about clients. That reputation isn’t just talk, I know some of his clients personally, and have heard about his reputation even before i found this course. If you’re serious about leveling up your building game — not just with concepts but with **practical, accountable systems** — this bootcamp is where you wanna be. I walked away with more confidence, clarity, and tools than I expected. **Highly recommended.** THANKS IHOR & DYMTRO! -Mercedes of Ciel Construct Rammed Earth
