The course of 4 days that's full of information, facts, tricks, and figures. Srikanta's personality and engagement thought out the course is fantastic. Real-life experience and examples provided were relevant and very easy to understand and remember. Thank you Learners Ink for having such a great Tutor with wise and broad experience and knowledge.

This course will be applicable so much to my current role and our Organizational processes. With Stephen Mercer as my instructor, the content was thoroughly covered, expounded upon, and explained at a level to make certain I was capturing and retaining the content. This was very beneficial to my learning capabilities. He took the time I needed to make sure I understood the material. In the majority of courses that I have taken, the material is covered and the Instructor moved on. Stephen not only TAUGHT but he also LED me so that I could be successful. Therefore, I received much more out of this course than what I expected. Time very well spent for me. Stephen is one of the best Instructors I have had.

I feel empowered after training with Farha Tehseen for my Agile Scrum Master certification. Farha answered questions I had along the way and after the training, she walked me thru a practice exam which was very helpful. During the training she provided tips on how to study for the exam. I enjoyed this training and will probably take more thru Learners Ink.

We packed a lot of material into four days. However, the learning styles varied from lectures, to discussion, to hands on, keeping us balanced and engaged.

This class was extremely in depth and hands on. We were lucky enough to be a group of 3 (all from the company) goign through this course together. We learned an incredible amount in this class and feel confident we can then apply this in our workplaces. Clyde was a fantastic instructor and was able to give real life examples as he had experience in similar industries as us. I would recommend this to any engineer or manufacturing professional to gain the skills necessary to achieve a lean and six sigma workplace. I will be referring this course to my fellow colleagues and I think we will have future classes. I f at all possible, I would like to see Clyde teach them as well. Thank you!

My instructor, Stephen Mercer, not only presented the course work, but went above and beyond to provide supplemental materials, template sheets, and tools that provided a better context for the standard materials.
