Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. Consistent access to tutoring and responsive support are important parts of the service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to experience repeated tutor unavailability while your subscription continued. We also regret that you did not feel supported by our team. We take your concerns seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to review what happened. If you’re willing, please email us at [email protected], and a member of our team can personally review your account and experience in more detail. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. — The Learner Team

Thank you so much for sharing your daughter’s incredible journey with us! We’re thrilled to hear that she passed college algebra with a B after facing challenges with the course in the past. That is an accomplishment worth celebrating! It’s especially meaningful to hear how Hannah supported her beyond the subject matter by helping her build stronger study habits, consistency, and confidence that can continue to serve her well. We’re also delighted that Mary Kay’s support in chemistry helped your daughter overcome early challenges and successfully complete that course. We’ll be sure to share your thoughtful words with both Hannah and Mary Kay. Thank you for trusting Learner to be part of your daughter’s academic journey. We’re honored to have played a role in her success and wish her continued growth and achievement! The Learner Team
