I called and emailed Leap credit numerous times and have not received a return call or response to my email. I have requested a payment plan review and my account has been enabled and I can not get anyone to fix it so I can’t submit the documents needed to change my plan. Please help, I have a payment due 12/25 which I ask for an extension however, I have not got a response to my email or a return call as promised. Please help I need to know something. Thank you.

System to make auto payments was inaccurate, I was charged multiple times in two weeks and overreacted. Absolutely insane interest rates. Online balance was confusing.
