Extremely easy, phone-based medical certification. Quick call, my medical information was sent by them to the State of Illinois within 20 minutes. Doctor was very kind and even suggested classifying my diagnosis as "lifelong” which gave me benefits that I had not been aware of. Do not hesitate to use this provider. I've had my card since the beginning of MMJ in Illinois. Leafy is the best.
