Problems with NY website but eventually was able to log in. Called and people I spoke to were very helpful

Great services, just needs a little more organization

I had trouble uploading the picture id request in which I found extremely frustrating and couldn't complete the online screening properly. Thusly, I had to email back and forth continuously with an online consultant to finally resolve the issue. This was the only inconvenience. But the Dr. was very pleasant to speak with.

Poor experience so far, setup a 10:30am appointment and waited at my desk in the virtual waiting room for 30 minutes before calling and being told my doctor would reach out before 12pm, that time comes and goes and i call again at 3:30pm and am told the doctor will reach out to me tonight, no information or time frame given, had I not reached out myself I would have been left completely in the dark. I will update once i have actually spoken with a doctor EDIT: A doctor contacted me the next day and was approved after a very short conversation

easy to use service; scheduled appointment and got initial consultation within a day (minor technical hic-up during first appointment trying to use online video chat website, ended up just calling) took a few days for approval to go through but otherwise pretty good and simple process

It was very quick and and to the point. Very helpful.

This process was extremely simple once the doctor actually contacted me which was after 2.5 hours of being in the virtual waiting room. I had already submitted my medical records and was able to get approval after discussing them with the doctor.

The place was nice. The service was good. They are limited. However this is all new for NY. I recommend it!
