Hi Richard, thank you for reaching out. Upon checking, your doctor emailed you a copy of your paperwork last 04/28/2025. We just emailed you a copy as well. Login to your existing state account at https://patient.massciportal.com/mmj-patient/login and renew your registration. If your card has expired, you will be able to print a temporary registration card that will allow you to visit dispensaries. If your card has not expired yet, you will be sent a new card, but you will use the valid card you have until the new card arrives. As a courtesy to all our renewing patients, we proactively schedule renewal appointments to help ensure uninterrupted access to care. This is a service we offer to everyone, and it's not meant to be a spam tactic. We understand in your case, this may have felt like unwanted contact, and we apologize for that. It's important to know that we never charge anyone unless they complete their renewal visit and are re-approved by the doctor. Simply having a scheduled appointment does not result in a charge. The $100 fee you mentioned would only apply after a successful consultation with the doctor, and only if you choose to proceed with your renewal. We would absolutely never charge anyone without these steps being completed.
