It was very easy, the only issue I had was the price, I was led to believe it would cost $49, but I was charged $195...update they read this and credited me $99...update#2, I've received my card and all is well, seems like they have some communication issues, but overall customer service is above average and they did every thing they said they would, would recommend to anyone who needs to get certified. Thanks again!

Hi there! We apologize for the confusion. Our site defaults to California which is $49 and then the price adjusts per state once the proper state is selected.
