It took over 4 weeks 10 years ago to get my card in Michigan. You guys have it down to a science. Great job.

Very very helpful thru the whole process

It’s a little confusing how it all works and what to do after this process, however I got mine setup and after and was approved by the state with no issues. I’m in Illinois, and that process took exactly 2 months to get your approval letter to print as your card, but right away they give you a temp form that last 6 months to use till you are completely approved by the state. • Process started June 21st with leaf docs • submitted Leaf doc form to state June 23rd • received temp letter from state same day June 23rd • received email that I was proved and to go to state health web site to print my approval letter. Aug 22nd Dealing with everyone at Leaf Doc was supper easy, again it’s the process that is a little tricky. Highly recommend.

My experience was awesome! I made a appointment online. then got a the call next day about 5 minutes late but whatever life happens & The Phone call was quick & painless. Then within 24 hours got a email with the information I need to register with the state of Massachusetts. witch I did & had a temporary card that day. So from the time I made the appointment online to when I received my temporary ID was about 25 hours Well done leafy doc!

Easy, quick, efficient, and I never had to waste gas leaving home.
