The doctor did not show up to the appointed time. I had to initiate an inquiry. Was told to message the doctor directly as their systems were outdated. The doctor said they would approve me when I did finally connect with him and then nothing happened. At every step of the way I had to follow up to find out where we were in the process. The communication was terrible. It almost seems as if the people running this company are enjoying too much of the product they're supposed to be approving.

I should’ve seen this coming. I wasn’t clear that I needed state approval before speaking to a doctor since the website screams pay first. I had my “appointment”, which was a text conversation. I was approved but had to wait for Maryland to approve my application with them. Fast forward 2 weeks. I got my state approval so I reached back out to customer service chat to find out next steps. (Thursday) I was never responded to so I tried again on Friday. I was assured my account would be updated the next day. Shocker, when I checked on Saturday it wasn’t updated. Got on chat again and was told it would be updated by Monday. Here we are and guess what? Yep! Not updated! AND the doctors are off today, so I was told it would be updated tomorrow. Not one I’m sorry or sorry for your troubles! I’m not very confident that it will be updated tomorrow and now this company has $200 of my money and I’m back at square one. Customer service is sub par and slow.

I spoke with the doctor for all of 60 seconds. He spoke so rapidly I could hardly catch what he was saying. When I asked a question his tone was like he needed to go move heaven and earth for me. I’m still a bit confused on the process. Tried customer service twice. No answer, no callback. I had my appointment today, was approved and never received anything further and don’t even know what to expect. I’d really Ike to get a refund and deal with a different company.

Getting approved for the card was the easy part the hard part is trying to get all the right information to recieve my card, Dr Bradshaw sent out the confirmation email and it had a formed attached but all the form had was his signature and none of the stuff I need to continue my application so I can actually get my card, getting into contact with the Dr has been a pain in the ass and it's a gamble if he'll reply or not I just wanna finish my application

The physician called 4 hours after scheduled appointment saying he had just received notice. Staff told 3times he would have called within the hour.

I made an appointment with a doctor and did not receive the call back till 22 hours after the appointment time. I was told over and over again the Doc would be reaching out shortly. It would be better to reschedule if the Doc is tied up, or have more docs to move these appointments around to. Now, I'm having to follow up with them to get any of my documentation. No follow up info after the appointment in any way. I have had to chase and ask for assistance at every step of this process so far and still don't have what I need. Edit: After a 3rd day of follow up and leaving this review I did finally get the info I needed to move forward with the state. Changing from 1 to 2 stars based on actually getting what was needed eventually.

Waited 5 hours for physician’s call, after having been told he will call within an hour 3 times. Forms that were filled out at the time of scheduled call could have been completed long beforehand. Very disorganized business. One employee actually was rude and I believe was not truthful.
