Hi Patrick! Unfortunately the doctor was unable to issue your certificate within 24 hours because for some reason the last 4 digits of your SSN were not originally in your file. However, now that we have this information, the doctor has been able to issue and send this to you. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance. We're glad to help.

Hi Dana. As mentioned to you, the regulations in the state changed, which limit the amount that can be prescribed over a telehealth appointment. We understand that this wasn't the prescription you originally received, which is why we gladly processed a full refund to you, allowing you to find a provider who could help you with that. If you'd like to be reevaluated with one of our doctors, feel free to schedule an appointment (we have same day appointments), and we can gladly help you with that right away. Hi Christine, we're sorry to hear that you're having issues with the state website. Unfortunately, we as a company do not control the process the state undergoes to approve patients applications. We do make sure that all of our patients are able to complete their registration and get their cards, so if you're having trouble with this, please call us directly at 833 245 3239 and we'll assist you to make sure that you're able to get your card ASAP.

Daniel, as we mentioned before, we apologize for the inconvenience you had at the time of your appointment 2 weeks ago. As requested then, your refund was processed immediately. We're also sorry to hear that you had an issue with your card; however, its important for you to know that this situation is completely unrelated to our business, as we don't have access to any payment information for any patient -as you know, the payment online went through a third party, which is licensed to process payments online with all the security this entails-.
