Took long waiting on cue. It would say 1 minute to speak with doctor, then 5 minutes, back and forth. Waited 2 hours to speak with doctors on phone, yet, it said 5 more minutes. Annoying Have no idea when the card is coming

Paid and not received my certification ,second time because last year I paid and either I didn’t receive anything,I did this year again and no results.

I very rarely write bad reviews - but Trust the one star reviews. I booked and paid for an appointment, was told to wait upwards of 60 minutes and so I waited and a call never came. So I replied to the texts I was getting saying that and got no reply. Went to the website, found the main number, called it. No answer but a voicemail saying to text that number; so I did. No reply after 45 minutes. Then I get on the website and used the chat bot, told them about my missed appointment and frustration that I’ve now spent two hours trying to be heard, and feel scammed. Enter Darwin; who does not apologize, is very slow to respond, and asks me if I have a call blocker on my phone because it appears the call didn’t go through. I say no I have no such thing, and he offers to have me see another provider, still no apology and acts like I’m a pain in his butt. I say no I’d like a refund because I’ve lost faith that LeafyDOC cares about me at all, and I have no trust left. He then pivots and tells me the doctor I was supposed to meet with had a family emergency. Funny how it went from my non-existent call blocker to a family emergency as the culprit. It’s one thing to have a provider blow off an appointment. It’s another to not be able to reach a human for an hour and when I finally get one he’s rude and could care less. He finally voided my appointment and logged off with no apology. GO ELSEWHERE.

From what we understand, the issue you had was having to do with your registration with the state directly, where a typo in your name was triggering an error, and preventing you from completing your registration. You charged $195 everyone else is $150. Other then that great. I don't like being ripped off. Won't happen next year.

I filed for the certification, had my appointment, got approved and was refunded, never received the cert; then I paid for ANOTHER appointment, he said once again I was approved (dr Chen) then I was once again refunded never received the cert but was told I was approved..
